A full fat semi-hard unpressed cheese with a creamy slightly squidgy texture not dissimilar to Gouda. Made by hand with an attractive basket weave rind from pasteurised organic cow milk. It’s matured on the farm for over 3 months to produce a natural coloured rind, a creamy flavour and a delicious bite.
