Ridgeview's traditional blend, Cavendish, is a rich golden in colour with exceptionally fine bubbles. The nose is expressive with hints of red fruits. The Pinot Noir dominated blend brings depth and complexity, whilst the Chardonnay adds finesse and freshness.
We Recommend pairing this wine with either a local molecombe blue, lord of the hundreds or particularly seven sisters. The seaweed coating from the Seven Sisters brings a beautiful saltiness that pairs brilliantly with the wine.
