This soft white sheep milk cheese has a mushroom tint rind and melts in the mouth like ice cream and it ripens in five to six weeks. Made in East Sussex by Kevin and Alison Blunt, is a delicate, ripened, sheep's milk cheese, with a white bloomy rind.
The cheese was created by the late and great James Aldridge and was named after Ann-Marie Dyas.
Winner of gold at the 2017 artisan cheese awards.
