A light, delicate and subtle wine pressed very gently from whole bunches of Pinot Noir, it displays evocative aromas of rose petal, maraschino cherry & raspberries on the nose. A proportion of the wine underwent malo-lactic fermentation providing an added creaminess on the palate which reminds us of English raspberries and cream, backed by a pleasing smooth freshness.
We recommend pairing this with a wash rinded Maida Vale cheese.
