The small and cool harvest of 2019 has created a Bacchus with a light mouthfeel and an aromatic profile with greater fruit than floral intensity. The wine is pale as usual, with an expressive nose ranging from green lemon thyme, lime, basil and tomato leaf to riper mango and yellow plums and hints of elderflower. It’s very refreshing and light on the palate expressing the cooler weather in 2019
Pairs perfectly with a goats cheese.
