The small and cool harvest has created a Bacchus with a light mouthfeel and an aromatic profile with greater fruit than floral intensity. The wine is pale as usual, with an expressive nose ranging from green lemon thyme, lime, basil and tomato leaf to riper mango and yellow plums and hints of elderflower. It’s very refreshing and light on the palate expressing the cooler weather
Pairs perfectly with a goats cheese.
